TL OF THE MONTH - April 2008

WE have our first TL of the month this time, for the idea which was kindly suggested by someone on the forum (forget who).
So, this person is the only TL who's actually been constantly active over the past few months. they might've been having problems, whether it's been Brawl-playing Problems, or, more recently, Sickness problems. There really is ONLY ONE person I really could award this to, as they have shown consideration, have taken part in so many discussions, have suggested to me quite a number of good ideas for the forum, and, most importantly, has kept their post count up here... But not too high.

You guessed it, the TL for the month of April 2008 is...
