Forum Restored : A Brand New Look!

After around a month of consideration, design and just plain work, the new look for the forums has arrived! With an Ocean-blue look and sleek Zelda-themed buttons, I think it looks gorgeous. But it wasn't always as sleek. Through the course of design, I went through many low-quality images before settling on the current ones.
